At RipWing CrossFit, we have made it our goal to work with all ages and levels of fitness. It does not matter how old you are or your current level of fitness.  Our Highly effective program works for everyone and the amazing coaches make it their mission to get everyone through our classes safely and effectively. We can modify each workout to fit your fitness level and abilities.

What is our No Sweat Intro

How to get started

1. I'm new to CrossFit

If you are new to CrossFit we suggest you get started through our no sweat intro program. With this process, one of our coaches will meet with you for a 1 on 1 meeting followed by our 1 on 1 fundamentals classes.  Once our trainers feel you are ready for regular classes, you are welcome to attend our regularly scheduled classes.

2. Very little CrossFit Experience

You may have tried CrossFit at another gym or done some CrossFit style workouts, either at home or another gym. We'd still like to meet with you via our no sweat intro where we can schedule a possible "test out" workout or address any movements you may not be comfortable with

3. I have CrossFit Experience 

If you are coming to us from another gym and have 3 months or more of CrossFit experience just contact us through the website or stop in. We look forward to working with you.
