The RipWing CrossFit Teen and Preteen programs, are designed to develop a well rounded athlete, both physically and mentally. Our programming is tailored to your child's ability by modify volume, intensity and weight. We focus on functional and transferable movements and skills. We develop a daily mindset to establish, humility, accountability, confidence and positive self-talk. Whether you are adding fitness in your life or are a conditioned athlete, our program is for you


Teens (ages 13-18)

4x week M-T-W-TH 7-8am


Teens Unlimited

4x week(same as above)+Saturday 8:30&10am

$115 monthly

Teens ages (13-18)

2x week M&W 10-11am


Preteen (ages 10-13)

2x week M&W 10-11am


Kids ages (7-10)

1x week Monday 11-12
