CrossFit Kids and Teen Programs

The RipWing CrossFit Kids, Preteen and Teen programs, are designed to develop a well-rounded athlete, both physically and mentally. Our programming is tailored to your child's ability by modify volume, intensity and weight. We focus on functional and transferable movements and skills. We develop a daily mindset to establish, humility, accountability, confidence and positive self-talk. Whether you are adding fitness in your life or are a conditioned athlete, our program is for you


Teens (ages 13-16)

2x week M-W 4:45-5:45pm


Preteen (ages 10-13)

Thursdays 6-7pm


Kids ages (5-9)

Mondays 6-7pm


20% discount is added for each additional child
