Welcome to Bring A Friend Week

Bring a Friend week will run from Monday, January 9th through Saturday, January 14th. You are welcome to join us for as many classes as you would like throughout the week. You do NOT even need a friend who already attends RipWing. We will find you a friend and plan to make many more! Click the button below to join us on Wodify. It's our private platform where all of our gym's information is located. You will sign up, download the app, and then you will be able to pick your class time to sign in for.

Next, you just need to show up!

Please make sure to bring clean and dry tennis shoes to change into for working out. Wear clothes that you can easily move around in. Also, we recommend bringing a water bottle.
